ABOUT THE ROLE

12iD is looking for a Sales Development Representative to accelerate the company’s sales activities and secure growth for 12iD in various markets and verticals. The professional will be a crucial part of the team and success of 12iD. 12iD seeks a professional with experience in outbound sales strategies and creating strong customer engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research and stakeholder mapping to identify new markets and leads
  • Have high impact engagements, develop new relationships and generate opportunities with key decision-makers
  • Support senior sales teams on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • This key role is strategic in nature – it’s not about jumping online and contacting everyone you come across. Rather, it’s about considered, focused interactions that are unearthed through a high volume of personalized outbound activity (emails, cold calls, social touches)
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas in internal meetings
  • Maintain and extend our prospect base in CRM-related tools
  • Other sales-related tasks

The role may develop over time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant education
  • Experience working in a customer-facing sales role 
  • Proficient research and prospecting skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Experience in sales activities in developing countries (preferred)
  • Experience in selling towards large accounts, such as banks, fintechs, TMTs, and government entities (preferred)
  • Experience working in a sales role spearheading several industry verticals (preferred)
